Free Classroom Kit
Bring the International Math Bee® to your class, with families enrolling from home.
Your class can play, even without a school budget
Many teachers would love their students to take part but have no funds for classroom software. The Classroom Kit solves that. Each family enrolls their own child at home, and you lead the practice, the goals and the celebration in class.
Students play BatterUp®, a math baseball game for grades 1 to 6 that builds fast, accurate recall of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division facts. Every student earns a batting average in each math mode, climbs through four leagues from Little League to Hall of Fame, and can see their ranking at the State, National Math Bee® and International Math Bee® levels.
HOW THE KIT WORKS
Set up your school
Create your free teacher account and make sure your school is in the International Math Bee®. If it is not on the list, add it carefully with the full correct name and address.
Send the Parent Letter home
Families create their own account, choose your school from the list and buy one seat for their child (US$2.99 per month or US$32 per year).
Students play at home
A full game takes only a few minutes on any phone, tablet or computer. Students color in their scorecard as they play.
Celebrate together each week.
Students may bring in a signed score slip, and you mark the class chart for practice goals met and new personal bests.

- Parent Letter. Explains the game, the sign up steps and the price, with space for your school name and weekly practice goal.

- Weekly Score Slips. Four to a page. Students take one home and bring it back signed.
- Class Chart. A wall chart that celebrates practice and improvement without ranking classmates.
